		<description>Mine worked like a charm right out of the box.  I use it for demos to Fed. Govt customers.  the only heartache they have is the inability to "clear the data" (you can delete the collections but it still leaves doubt in the customer's mind) so we are unable to test it on anything but the most public networks.  I have published Government pricing on our site for all models.</description>

		<description>Uhm, I don't know what planet you guys are from, but $30k is a pittance for a one-time fee for a lifetime of Google-quality enterprise search. I agree about the bum hard drive, but I think the price is more than reasonable. If your site doesn't warrant spending $30k on search, check out the Google Mini.</description>

I mean really ... for 30k, they should be transporting this appliance to your office the same day on a velvet cushion in a Bentley with diamond studded tires using baby seal oil for gas.</description>
